Requests for Serauxmen Assistance

The purpose of the Serauxmen Service Club is to:

1) Provide meaningful impact to local residents facing hardship.

2) Assist organizations whose purpose is to help those in need.

Serauxmen focus/operations are primarily located within Nanaimo and the RDN. 

Each request for assistance is presented to our membership for consideration, discussion and vetting at our first available general meeting, those of which are generally held twice monthly.  On the second presentation of each request at the following general meeting, our membership votes on proceeding with or declining any previous request for assistance.

As some hardship requests may be time sensitive, our executive may at their discretion expidite the the evaluation and assistance process.

We are happy to consider any and all requests.  

It would be helpful to include as much background information as possible.
